Create more light and space
Trees are a vital part of our environment, but they do need to be kept under control to ensure their health, and the safety of those around them. You can rely on us to check your tree and ensure it is healthy and safe, or provide advice on how to create more light and space on your property.
Ensure your trees are safe
An unhealthy or damaged tree can be dangerous, especially in stormy conditions, and could fall and land on a property or vehicle. Obviously if a tree could be dangerous it needs to be made safe as soon as possible, but the best time of year to trim trees is usually between September and March. This depends on the type of tree, however. Cherry trees are best pruned after the winter, as otherwise it can be prone to silver leaf disease.

Warning signs
Signs that your trees need pruning are:
-
The tree has large branches that are in danger of breaking during windy weather and storms, causing damage to its surroundings
-
Some parts of the tree are overcrowding other trees
-
It’s blocking natural light to your home or garden
Sometimes it’s necessary to remove a tree entirely; it could be diseased or causing an obstruction. We can provide a tree removal service that will remove the tree safely and clear up all the mess afterwards.
